greyhound web design services

greyhound computing was set up by me, Ben White, late in October 2007. Why? With over 10 years in the IT and web services industry I thought I could do a better job than the majority of other providers who cater for small businesses. I work with a collective resource of talent including graphic designers, photographers and programmers. Depending on the project I will bring in the necessary resources which allows me to keep my overheads low and pass the cost savings onto my clients.

How I work
At the beginning of every project I spend time getting to know my client and gaining an understanding of their business and their online goals. During an initial meeting I will offer advice and suggestions on how the project should go and answer any technical questions. Based on this discussion I will then draft a proposed project plan for initial sign-off.

Assuming you are happy with the proposal the design phase begins during which you will be shown templates of how your site will look. This may be an iterative process, but when complete the technical work of building the site can be started. You will be kept up to date with progress as the site is being built, after which you will be asked to proof read and request any necessary changes. The project isnt finished until the client signs off and the change request process will continue until you are completely satisfied with the end product.

Finally the site is launched, on time, on budget and to specification.
